Iaido & Jodo History
Brendan commenced Iaido training in early 2003 in West Australia under the guidance of Ramon Lawrence and Jason Flockton, and Jodo training at the same time under Russell Lawrence as part of Curtin Budokan.
He trained regularly at both Curtin Budokan and Budokan Academy until late 2005 when he relocated to Canberra.
He has held the following official positions relating to Iaido/Jodo in Australia:
